§ 133.09 SETTING PRISONERS AT LIBERTY.
   It is unlawful for any person, in any illegal manner, to set at liberty, rescue or attempt to set at liberty any prisoner from any officer or employee of the town having legal custody of the same or from the town jail or other place of confinement by the town, or to assist such prisoner in any manner to escape from such prison or custody either before or after conviction, including escape from a vehicle of confinement.
