It is unlawful for any person to turn in a false alarm of any nature or in any manner to deceive or attempt to deceive the Fire Department, Police Department or any officer or employee thereof with reference to any fire alarm, reported fire, accident or other emergency or to knowingly cause the Fire Department, Police Department or their officers or employees to make a useless run.
