§ 31.04 HEALTH OFFICER.
   (A)   Appointment. The Board of Trustees may appoint a Town Health Officer.
   (B)   County or state performing duties. The County Health Officer or any qualified personnel of the State Department of Health may perform the duties and functions of a Town Health Officer.
