Fireworks may be sold in the town from June 25 through July 4 of any calendar year, provided that no fireworks stand will be closer to any structure than 75 feet and a permit is first obtained from the Town Clerk-Treasurer in such sum as set by the Town Board, together with evidence of insurance and a tax identification number for the collection of town and state sales taxes.
