§ 114.05 INSTALLATION BY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNER.
   All plumbing installed by the owner and current full-time resident of the property involved shall comply with the requirements of this chapter, and in such event, the word OWNER shall be substituted for the word PLUMBER throughout this chapter. It is the intent of this section to allow an owner to work on his or her personal residence only and not on rental or investment properties.
