§ 113.24 PROHIBITED ACTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Employment of underage persons. It is unlawful for any owner, manager or operator of a place where low-point beer is sold for consumption on the premises, except for an eating place where the service of such beer is incidental to the main business of serving food, to employ a minor person under 18 years of age to work in such place.
   (B)   Minors restricted.
      (1)   Sales to and purchases by. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, offer for sale, give away, procure for or otherwise dispense to any minor any low-point beer, or for any minor to purchase, receive or procure any low-point beer.
      (2)   Possession in public places. It is unlawful and an offense for any minor to be in possession of any low-point beer while such person is on any public street, road or highway, or in any public building or place.
      (3)   Drinking in public. It is unlawful for a minor to drink any low-point beer while such person is upon any public street, alley or other public highway, or in any public building or other public place within the town. This division (B)(3) shall not prohibit a person who is of age from drinking such beer in a place licensed to sell low-point beer for consumption on the premises.
   (C)   Intoxicated persons. It is unlawful for the owner, manager or operator of a place where low- point beer is sold for consumption on the premises to sell or otherwise furnish such beer to an intoxicated person or to permit an intoxicated person to remain or loiter therein.
   (D)   Gambling; disorderly conduct.
      (1)   It is unlawful for the owner, manager or operator of a place where low-point beer is sold for consumption on the premises to permit therein:
         (a)   Gambling, betting or the operation of a lottery;
         (b)   The sale, furnishing or drinking of intoxicating liquor;
         (c)   Disorderly conduct;
         (d)   Loud or disturbing language, noise or music;
         (e)   Profane language; or
         (f)   Any other violation of the laws of the state or the ordinances of the town.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person to engage in any such activity or conduct in division (D)(1) above in such a place.
   (E)   Fighting, wrestling and the like.
      (1)   It is unlawful for the owner, manager or operator of a place where low-point beer is sold for consumption on the premises to permit therein fighting, boxing, wrestling or other contests of physical strength.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person to fight, box, wrestle or engage in other contests of physical strength in such a place.
   (F)   Hours of sale. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell low-point beer for consumption on the premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any day.
