§ 111.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any violation of the provisions of § 111.05 of this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor against the town. Any person convicted of violating any provisions of § 111.05 of this chapter shall be fined as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
