§ 110.13 LICENSEE DUTIES.
   Every licensee under this chapter shall:
   (A)   Permit all reasonable inspections of his or her business by public authorities so authorized by law;
   (B)   Ascertain and at all times comply with all laws and regulations applicable to such licensed business;
   (C)   Avoid all forbidden, improper or unnecessary practices or conditions which do or may affect the public health, morals or welfare;
   (D)   Refrain from operating the licensed business on premises after the expiration of his or her license and during the period when his or her license is revoked or suspended;
   (E)   Post and maintain such license upon the licensed premises in a place where it may be seen at all times; and
   (F)   Not loan, sell, give or assign to any other person, nor allow any other person to use, display, destroy, damage, remove or have in his or her possession, a license or insignia which has been issued to the licensee.
