§ 110.06 APPLICATION AND FEE.
   (A)   Application for permit. An applicant for a special permit shall submit an application therefor to the Town Clerk-Treasurer upon forms prescribed by the Clerk-Treasurer and shall furnish such additional information and make such affidavits as the Clerk-Treasurer shall require.

   (B)   License fee. License fees shall be in the amounts as set by the Town Board of Trustees from time to time.
