§ 95.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Anyone violating any of the rules and regulations of §§ 95.01 through 95.03 of this chapter or failing to comply with such shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
