No unauthorized person shall:
(A) Break open or attempt to break open the pound, nor take or let out any animal therefrom;
(B) Take or attempt to take from any officer or employee of the town any animal taken into custody as provided by this subchapter; or
(C) In any manner interfere with or hinder an officer or employee in the discharge of his or her duties relating to the taking into custody and impounding of animals as provided in this subchapter.
