§ 94.49 RECLAMATION OF IMPOUNDED ANIMAL.
   (A)   Proof of ownership and vaccination. Reclamation of an impounded animal may be made as provided in this section. The party desiring to reclaim an animal shall present to the Animal Control Officer, or to another employee who may be designated by the Town Board of Trustees, proof of ownership and proof that any dog or cat is currently vaccinated for rabies, or shall return proof of vaccination within three days after the date the animal is released.
   (B)   Payment of fees. The party desiring to reclaim an animal shall pay the applicable pound fees and show evidence to the Animal Control Officer that the fees have been paid.
   (C)   Release of animal. The Animal Control Officer shall thereupon release the reclaimed animal to the party.
