§ 94.11 SWINE PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   Prohibition. It is unlawful for any person being the owner of or having the care, custody or control of any hogs, shoats or pigs to keep or allow such hogs, shoats or pigs at any time in any enclosure within the town, or on any lot therein, or to run at large within the town.
   (B)   Exception. However, any shipper may hold swine in the stockyards temporarily while preparing for shipment of the swine.
