§ 94.08 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   Animals. No owner shall permit any animal, including fowl, which is owned, harbored or kept by such owner to be at large within the town. It is unlawful for any animal as provided in this division (A) to be at large at any time within the town.
   (B)   Dogs. Licensed dogs which are not vicious and wear a tag may not be at large. It is unlawful for an owner to permit a licensed dog without a tag, an unlicensed dog or a vicious dog to be at large.
   (C)   Turning animals at large. It is unlawful for any person to open any enclosure in which any animal is confined as required by ordinance so as to turn the animal at large, or in any manner to turn such animal at large.
