§ 93.99 PENALTY.

In addition to the procedure set out herein for the removal of any junked motor vehicle or junked appliance, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
