§ 93.11 DISPOSAL AND SALE.
   If the vehicle or appliance remains unclaimed for 60 days after providing or mailing the notice provided herein, then the Police Chief is authorized to dispose of or sell the property in accordance with §§ 33.004 through 33.008 of this code.
