§ 93.09 NOTICE OF REMOVAL, CONTENT AND ISSUANCE.
   Within 48 hours after the removal of any junked vehicle or junked appliance, the administrative officer of the town or his or her designee shall give notice to the registered owner of a vehicle, if known, and notice to the owner or occupant of the private property from which the vehicle or appliance was removed that the vehicle or appliance has been impounded and stored for violation of this chapter and will be disposed of or sold if not reclaimed as provided herein, along with the payment of all costs. The notice shall give the location where the vehicle or appliance is stored and the proper procedure for redeeming the vehicle or appliance, including the cost of redemption.
