§ 92.06 TOWN POWER TO DEFINE AND SUMMARILY ABATE.
   (A)   Power to define. As provided in 50 O.S. § 16, the town has the power to determine what is and what shall constitute a nuisance within its corporate limits, and for the protection of the public health, public parks and public water supply, what is and what shall constitute a nuisance outside of its corporate limits.
   (B)   Power to abate. Whenever it is practical to do so, the town has the power to summarily abate any such nuisance after notice to the owner and an opportunity for him or her to be heard, if this can be done.
