§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any employee of the Mayor who shall make public any information in violation of § 90.10(A) of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (C)   (1)   As per § 90.11 of this chapter, any person who willfully fails or neglects, in obedience to the subpoena or lawful order of the Mayor, to attend and testify, to answer any lawful inquiry or to produce records, documents or other evidence if it is in his or her power to do so shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
      (2)   Any person who, with the intent to mislead the Mayor, shall make or cause to be made any false entry or statement of fact in any report, account, record or other document submitted to the Mayor pursuant to his or her subpoena or other order, who shall willfully neglect or fail to make or to cause to be made full, true and correct entries in such reports, accounts, records or other documents or who shall willfully mutilate, alter or by any other means falsify any documentary evidence shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (D)   Whoever willfully injures, intimidates or interferes with, or whoever attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with, any person as per § 90.14 of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
