(A) Time and manner of holding meetings.
(1) The Board of Trustees shall meet regularly at Town Hall on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and at such other times as it may prescribe by ordinance, resolution or otherwise.
(2) Where the day for a meeting falls upon a day which is a legal holiday in the state, the meeting shall be held on the next Tuesday which is not a holiday.
(3) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or any three Trustees.
(B) Quorum. A majority of all of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day.
(C) Location. Every meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held in Town Hall, unless the Mayor designates another place in the town for the holding of a special meeting in the case of an emergency. Any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place within the town designated by the Board.
(D) Open meetings. Meetings of the Town Board shall be open to the public pursuant to 25 O.S. §§ 301 et seq.
