(A) Restrictions. Except for the delivery of merchandise, no vehicle or truck in the town shall park with hazardous materials, whether full, partially full or empty, including, but not limited to, gasoline, explosives or refrigerated trucks. No refrigerated truck shall be allowed to remain parked on the streets.
(B) Engines left running. No vehicle with a hazardous material, as defined herein, or gasoline shall be parked with its engine running.
(C) Exceptions. No vehicle listed in this section may be operated on any street in the town except for the delivery of merchandise and except on state highways.
