The town is divided into five wards as follows.
(A) Ward One.
(1) Begins at 3rd Street and Main Street north along North 69A to Jackson Street, then south to 1st Street, then east to Whitebird Street, then south to Whitebird Street and 3rd Street, then west to 3rd Street and Main Street (beginning point);
(2) Includes Peoria Housing on East 4th Street to Seneca Street, then north point of Peoria Housing, then east to Cayuga Street, then south to Cayuga Street and East 4th Street, then west on East 4th Street to East 4th Street and Seneca Street (beginning point); and
(3) Also includes all UmiCore Products area: go on East 4th Street then to east side of Lagoon area, then north on a line to South 610 Road to East 30 Road, then to east property line of UmiCore, then to north property line of UmiCore, then east to South 630 Road, then south on 630 Road to East 30 Road (beginning point).
(B) Ward Two. Begins at 3rd Street and Kentucky Street, then to 3rd Street and Whitebird Street, then south to 8th Street and Whitebird Street, then east to 8th Street and Main Street, then north to 4th Street and Main Street, then west to 4th Street and Kentucky Street, then north to 3rd Street and Kentucky Street (beginning point).
(C) Ward Three. Begins at 5th Street and Main Street, then west to 5th Street and Kentucky Street, then south to 6th Street and Kentucky Street, then east to 6th Street and Main Street, then south to west side of 8th Street and Main Street, then on east side of 8th Street and Main Street southward to south town limits (Main Street and Morgan Street, then east to Morgan Street and Clyma Street, then north along Clyma Street to East 50 Road (Future Farmer Road), then east to East 50 Road and South 620 Road, then south to South 620 Road and Bluestem Drive, to include all of Bluestem Park, north to South 620 Road and East 50 Road, then west on East 50 Road (Future Farmer Road) and Whitebird Street, then north to 8th Street and Whitebird Street, then west to 8th and Main Street).
(D) Ward Four. Begins on 4th Street and Main Street, then west to 4th Street and Cherry Street, then north to 3rd Street and Cherry Street, then west to 3rd Street and Maple Street, then south to Maple Street and 6th Street, then east to 6th Street and Kentucky Street, then north to Kentucky Street and 5th Street, then east to 5th Street and Main Street, then north to Main Street and 4th Street (beginning point).
(E) Ward Five. Begins on 4th Street and Maple Street, then north to Maple Street and 3rd Street, then east to Cherry Street and 3rd Street, then south to Cherry Street and 4th Street, then east to Kentucky Street and 4th Street, then north to Kentucky Street and 3rd Street, then east to 3rd Street and Main Street, then north on Main Street extending on McDonald Drive to north town limits, then west to the Burlington Northern Railroad, then southwesterly following the Burlington Northern bed to the west town limits to West 6th Street, then east to Maple Street and 6th Street, then north to Maple Street and 4th Street (beginning point).
