§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or entity violating any provision of § 51.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code, and each day that any violation of any provision of § 51.01 of this chapter is allowed to exist shall be and constitutes a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who in any manner directly or indirectly violates or permits others under his or her supervision, custody or control to violate any term of a duly-published proclamation as per §§ 51.20 through 51.23 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any violation of the provisions of the Mayor’s proclamation or the action of the Board shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
