§ 50.02 RATE AND CHARGE ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Board of Trustees shall establish rates, charges, deposits and fees for utility services by ordinance, motion or resolution, as the case may be. A copy of the current rates and charges shall be available in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
