§ 35.01 ELECTIONS CONDUCTED BY COUNTY ELECTION BOARD.
   The town is opting out of the town meeting format of elections and requesting the County Election Board to conduct any and all municipal elections for said township upon the passage and filling of a proper election resolution and until said ordinance may specially be repealed by the town.
