§ 33.081 AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY.

The town desires to avail itself of the provisions of 19 O.S. §§ 866.1 through 866.34 and enter into an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of the county for the organization of a Metropolitan Area Planning Commission as provided in said statutes.
