§ 73.03 REQUIRED ROAD CONDITIONS.
   Prior to the county commencing maintenance of such roads, such roads must be brought to the following standards.
   (A)   There must be applied eight inches of crushed stone consisting of five inches on number 2 or number 4 stone and three inches of number 53 or 63 stone, and the Board of Commissioners shall have the authority to require different specifications in those incidences where it feels that a change in specifications would be to the benefit of the county.
   (B)   Such stone shall be spread to a minimum width of 20 feet.
   (C)   All culverts shall be inspected and replaced, if needed with adequate drainage structures.
   (D)   Brush and trees shall be cleared to the full width of the right-of-way.
   (E)   The geometry of the road shall meet the approval of the County Surveyor and County Road Superintendent.
