§ 37.01 DESIGNATION AS PRIMARY PROVIDER.
   Putnam County, Indiana hereby recognizes Putnam County EMS as the primary provider of pre- hospital emergency medical services within the Putnam County, Indiana borders. All persons in need of such services are entitled to receive them without prior determination of the ability to pay.
