(A) Work must be started and have received an approved foundation inspection within three months of permit issuance.
(B) An issued permit is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. All work must be completed within the one-year period, or the permit shall be require to be reviewed.
(C) Pools: All required fencing/automatic cover, shall be required to be fully executed, installed and approved before the completed pool is filled with water. In the event of noncompliance, the penalty and remedial provisions of this code, as amended from time to time, shall apply.
