(A) Tax duplicates are mailed to all persons owing taxes to the Treasurer of the county.
(B) If the taxpayer does not bring his or her copy of the duplicate in when the taxes are paid, the Treasurer will have to make an additional copy in order to process the payment.
(C) The Treasurer of the county is to charge $0.50 per copy for each copy of tax duplicates which must be made by him or her due to the failure of the taxpayer to bring his or her own copy.
