§ 154.113 MONUMENTS AND MARKERS.
   (A)   Permanent markers consisting of steel pipes or steel rods not less than five-eighths inch diameter and 24 inches in length shall be installed at:
      (1)   The intersection of all street centerlines within a proposed plat;
      (2)   The beginning and ending of all curves in street centerlines; and
      (3)   On all outside boundary corners and angle points of a final plat, and be set on four inch by four inch by 48 inch concrete with steel rod in center.
   (B)   All Unites States, state, county or other official benchmarks, monuments or triangulation stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise position.
