(A) Soils maps and description of soils as they related to development;
(B) Covenants;
(C) Fees;
(D) List of names and address of all interested parties as listed in the Recorder’s office; and
(E) Any other information the Director feels is important to the development of the subdivision, requests will be in writing with justification.
