§ 153.08 APPROVAL OF LISTING.
   Approval of a person, partnership or corporation as a listed contractor shall be by the Director acting on behalf of the Director. The listing shall be in effect for one-year period. No listing shall be issued by the Director to any person, partnership or corporation except as provided in this section.
