§ 131.06 PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONTAMINATION.
   (A)   A warning sign shall be posted by the Health Department at the entrance to the contaminated property or contaminated site in order to provide notice to the public of the contamination and potential hazards of the location.
   (B)   It shall be a violation for any unauthorized person to remove the warning sign.
