§ 131.05 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD.
   A contaminated property or contaminated site located within the county, which is used for methamphetamine activities shall be declared a public health and environmental hazard and the same shall also be declared unfit for human habitation or use.
