§ 110.026 QUALIFICATION.
   To qualify for a permit, an applicant must:
   (A)   Be an owner and/or operator of the food establishment;
   (B)   Comply with the requirements of this chapter;
   (C)   Agree to allow the County Health Department access to the food establishment and provide said Department with the information it requires; and
   (D)   Pay the applicable permit fees at the time the application is submitted.
