(A) A permit for a food establishment shall be issued for a term beginning January 1, and/or before commencement of operation, and expiring December 31, of the same year permit is being issued. The permit shall be applied for by the person and/or operator on an annual basis.
(B) A permit for a temporary food establishment shall be for the term of one continuous operation.
(C) A permit for a seasonal food establishment shall be for the term of the season (i.e., winter, spring, summer, fall).
