§ 90.041 ADEQUATE SHELTER.
   (A)   Shelter for animals must be appropriate for the species; accessible to each animal and large enough to allow each animal to sit, stand and lie in a normal manner, and to turn around freely; provide adequate protection from the sun, wind, rain or snow.
   (B)   The space must be reasonably free from standing water, accumulated waste, sharp objects and debris.
