§ 75.02 DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY.
   The Board of Commissioners or any member thereof after consultation with the County Emergency Management Director, may declare a severe weather emergency by executive order, when in its judgment such would be in the best interest of the public safety and welfare of the residents of the county. Such emergency shall continue in effect until the Board or any member thereof or the Board’s designated herein determines that an emergency no longer exists, however not to exceed seven days pursuant to I.C. 10-14-3-29(a).
