All submerged land below 574 feet USGS elevation located within the corporation limits or included within the area authorized by Ohio R.C. 721.04 shall be a part of the W Water District. Property located between the waterfront and the road right-of-way that does not meet the minimum lot size requirement(s) of the zoning district in which it is located, can be used in support of the special use.
