1272.01  PERMITTED USES.
   After obtaining a valid zoning certificate in accordance with Section 1262.02, the following uses are permitted in the C-1 Limited Commercial District:
   (a)   Accessory structure;
   (b)   Bakery;
   (c)   Bank;
   (d)   Barber and beauty shop;
   (e)   Boat launching ramp, private;
   (f)   Building materials, retail sales, if conducted wholly within an enclosed building;
   (g)   Business, neighborhood, as defined in Section 1260.06;
   (h)   Business, professional and administrative office;
   (i)   Carpenter or cabinet shops, if conducted wholly within an enclosed building;
   (j)   Dwelling, one-family, permanent use;
   (k)   Dwelling, one-family, temporary use;
   (l)   Dwelling, two-family;
   (m)   Funeral home or mortuary;
   (n)   Guest house;
   (o)   Home occupation, as defined in Section 1260.06;
   (p)   Home office;
   (q)   Hotel, limited size;
   (r)   Laundry or dry cleaning shop;
   (s)   Lodge or fraternal organization;
   (t)   Motel, limited size;
   (u)   Motor vehicle storage (enclosed, four or less vehicles);
   (v)   Parking area, public or customer, or garage, public when located as required by Chapter 1284;
   (w)   Retail store and business;
   (x)   Shop: hobby, bicycle, shoe repair, upholstery, sign painting, or plumbing, etc., if conducted within an enclosed building;
   (y)   Theater;
   (z)   Trade or commercial school;
   (aa)   Wholesale business;
   (bb)   Rental vehicle business.
