Every lot shall have a minimum width of seventy-five feet and a minimum depth of 125 feet. However, it shall have a minimum area of 9,500 square feet. A lot of less width, depth or area, which was so recorded at the time of the adoption of the zoning code or any subsequent amendments thereto, may be occupied by a dwelling, one-family, permanent use if the owner thereof owns no adjoining land. Measurements shall be made to the street right-of-way line.
