Where there is uncertainty as to the boundaries of any of the districts shown on the Village of Put-in-Bay Zoning Map, the following shall apply:
(a) The district boundary lines are intended to follow street, alley, lot, or property lines as they exist at the time of the passage of the zoning code unless otherwise indicated by dimensions on the Village of Put-in-Bay Zoning Map. In case of the vacation of a street, alley, water course or other right-of-way, the abutting zoning classification on each side thereof shall automatically be extended to the center line of said vacated street, alley, water course or right-of-way.
(b) Where boundaries appear to approximately follow such aforesaid lines, such lines shall be construed to be the boundary unless specifically shown otherwise.
