850.05 VIOLATIONS.

(a) Failure to comply with any requirement as to submission of any information, as provided for in this chapter, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter and considered as just cause to revoke the license or permission to operate within this jurisdiction for the person or agency involved.

(b) A violation of this chapter shall constitute grounds for revocation of a permit to operate or for arrest of the person in violation.
