850.04 MISCONDUCT.
   (a)   Any misconduct of any private/special policeman or private detective shall be reported to the Chief of Police immediately.
   (b)   In the event that misconduct is known to the person operating a private/special police agency or private detective agency, the person in charge of such agency must submit a report immediately to the Chief of Police, and, if necessary, appear and bring action against the private/special policeman or private detective conducting himself or herself improperly.
   (c)   If a private/special policeman or private detective conducts himself or herself improperly and his or her conduct is known to a regular police officer, the regular police officer shall call his or her commanding officer, who shall take the necessary action and submit a report which shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police and then, in turn, to the person in charge of the agency operation.
