850.03 REPORTS TO CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (a)   Every private/special police agency or private detective agency shall submit a twice yearly report not later than June 7 and October 7 of each year to the Chief of Police. Said report shall contain the name or identity of each person, including each person's full name, address, date of birth and Social Security number. Said report shall contain the dates and times as well as the place the person worked and shall include a list of all employees discharged the past six months.
   (b)   Any police action taken by any employee of such agency, other than regular patrol duty, must be reported to the Chief of Police immediately after the tour of duty is complete.
   (c)   Any personal property found, turned in or recovered by any private/special policeman or private detective shall be reported immediately to the Chief of Police or a command officer and turned in, along with a short report as to how the individual came in contact with such object.
