844.14 RECORDS.
   The Village Administrator shall keep a complete record of all documents and proceedings under these regulations, including, without limitation, applications, reports, copies of permits and licenses issued, notices, correspondence, licensee employee lists, Council proceedings, resolutions and orders, and petitions. All documents shall be endorsed by the Village Administrator with the date of filing.
