(a) No person shall operate or engage in the operation of a massage establishment, or allow the operation of a massage establishment, in or on premises owned or controlled by him or her, without a valid, current license issued pursuant to this chapter. A separate license is required for each location at which a massage establishment is opened.
(b) No person shall act as a masseur or masseuse for a massage establishment without a valid, current license issued pursuant to this chapter.
(c) No person shall engage in, conduct or carry on an adult cabaret, or permit an adult cabaret to be engaged in, conducted or carried on, in or on premises owned or controlled by him or her, without a valid, current license issued pursuant to this chapter. A separate license is required for each location in which an adult cabaret is operated.
