830.06 SOLICITORS; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE; HOURS.
   Every solicitor shall obtain a license before engaging in business and shall pay a fee therefor of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year and shall limit his or her soliciting to the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
