Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table or of a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay to the Village an annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for one such table; fifty dollars ($50.00) for one such alley; and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each additional table or alley.
